Lantana Oceanfront Condominium is a beautiful beach front condo complex located in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida just on the line with Satellite Beach. The community is made up of 4 buildings, each with 4 floors, and 6 units per floor. Every unit has 3-bedrooms and 2-baths and has large sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom leading to full-width balconies with amazing East views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Corner units have an extra half-bath and wrap-around balconies. All units have a semi-private detached garage, and each building has an elevator. The community has ample guest parking as well.
Unit Numbers are a little misleading in that the building number comes first, then the floor number, then the unit number. So, unit 2305 would be unit 05 on the 3rd floor of building 2. Building 1 is the Northernmost building and Building 4 is the Southernmost building. The Lantana Oceanfront community clubhouse is located beachfront in the center of the complex and includes a heated pool, community rooms, a service kitchen, and cabana bathrooms for pool use. There is also a designated car wash parking space on the North side of the club house. Beach access is secure via a walkway from the pool to the beach over the lush sand dune. There is a handicap accessible ramp all the way to the sand as well as a fresh water washdown and a sitting area.
The Lantana association allows a maximum of 2 pets up to 30 pounds provided they are not deemed a nuisance. Units may be rented provided the lease is for a minimum of 6 months. The association does not allow parking of RVs, boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles, but personal pick-up trucks are permitted.
This well-maintained community is managed by a local Licensed Community Association Manager, and the Lantana Board is made up of current residents. There are regular maintenance and janitorial personnel making sure the property remains in pristine condition. Monthly condo fees include water, sewer, trash, and recycling. The buildings have high speed AT&T Fiber installed for broadband internet and television, and Spectrum Cable is also available.
